NASHVILLE, GA (WALB) -

A Nashville woman who has gained national attention for her blog "One Fabulous Mama" released her first book Friday.

The book is called "One Fabulous Mama's 100 Days of Goodness". It's a self-help book aimed primarily at female readers.

The author, Beth McAfee-Hallman, better known as "One Fabulous Mama", says she made a commitment to speak her mind, no matter who may be listening and that's what helped her be so successful.

"I always say I don't know what I'm doing. And I don't; I have no idea how all of this is unfolding," Hallman admitted. "I just decided that this was what I was gonna' do. I was gonna' speak the truth and I was gonna' speak it in front of everybody no matter who was listening, who was reading."

Hallman also has her own line of T-shirts and wine inspired by her blog.
