ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The U.S. Senate candidate Michelle Nunn stopped in Albany on her Georgia Entrepreneurship tour.

Wednesday she toured Albany Technical College and spoke to students and staff about economic development. She is spending the week talking to entrepreneurs and business owners.

Nunn said that she believes the programs like those offered at Albany Tech can revitalize the economy. She also said that she will work to generate more lasting and good paying jobs in the state. 

Albany Tech was the third stop on the tour.
