ROCK HILL, SC (WBTV) -

Police in Rock Hill have identified three suspects they say are involved in a fatal shooting at an apartment complex Tuesday evening.

The incident was reported around 5:30 p.m. at Stone Haven Pointe Apartments off of Celanese Road, according to the Rock Hill Police Department.

Twenty-year-old Jordan Poirier was shot and killed during what investigators say was a shoot-out at one of the apartments.

Wednesday afternoon, police identified three suspects they believe to be involved after one of them showed up at the hospital with a gunshot wound he received during the Tuesday incident.

Laterrious Demonte Ashley went to CMC-Pineville Tuesday night, but was then transferred to CMC-Main. Police say he was shot during an exchange of gunfire at the apartment, and injured his leg while fleeing the scene.

"He had a gunshot wound to the arm and fractured his leg while leaving, so he was in pretty bad shape," said Rock Hill Police Captain Mark Bollinger.

Investigators also issued warrants for the arrest of two other suspects, Desmond Lamont Cunningham and Keynan Jamal McClinton, who drove Ashley to the hospital.

Neither had been located as of Wednesday afternoon. Police say they are to be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about the incident or the whereabouts of Cunningham or McClinton is asked is asked to contact York County Crime Stoppers at 1-877-409-4321 or call 911 immediately.
