35 year old Johkomia Fletcher plead guilty to aggravated assault and gun crimes. He was sentenced to serve 15 years in prison, with ten more years probation.
Prosecutors say October 17th, 2006 Fletcher shot Nebuchanezzar Kendrick after an argument on East Society Avenue.
Fletcher was captured hiding in Ohio last year, and returned for trial. After hearing Kendrick testify and the 911 call from witnesses, Fletcher plead guilty.
