Two arrested in Forsyth County drug investigation

FORSYTH, GA (CBS46) -

Two Forsyth County residents have been arrested for drug related charges after a month long investigation.

On Nov. 14 and 15, deputies conducted two separate drug search warrants in Forsyth County.

The search warrants came from an anonymous tip line.

Brandon Dupont, 24, was charged with trafficking marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, manufacturing and possession of prescription drugs.

Kerri Gray, 30, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana and $5,285 in cash was seized.

Ten pounds of suspected marijuana was recovered and $19,360 in cash was seized, according to reports.

Investigators said a large amounts of marijuana was being shipped on a weekly basis from California and Colorado.
