    The officers and deputies were taught how to safely train their departments officers in the safe and effective use of Tasers. Once they have completed and passed the two day course, these officers will return and teach their fellow officers.

Funeral services were held on Saturday in Nashville for crash victims Matt Horton and Kelly Prescott.

Services were  held at Abundant Life Assembly of God Church. The brother and sister were killed Tuesday during a car chase and crash. Matt Horton, one of the victims in the deadly crash, lived and worked in Willacoochee, at TLC Moulding.

He was known by his co-workers for his good personality, and punctuality.

Prescott and Horton were running errands together that day, preparing for a birthday party when the crash happened.

Deputies were trying to catch Tim Rutland, who is now in custody.
