The Albany Police department say they caught the man who they suspect of breaking into Jenny's Fashion on North Haley Street back in August.
22-year-old Amirr Vicks was pick up around 5 p.m. on the 100 block of East Broad. When APD picked him up, they was playing basketball and surrendered without incident.
APD says Vicks has active warrants against him including 2nd degree burglary. Vicks will be booked into the Dougherty County Jail.
