AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

The Richmond County Sheriff's Office is investigating a wreck that sent multiple people to the hospital.

It happened just after 2:30 p.m. on Washington Road at I-20.

Deputies say multiple people were taken to the hospital.

Charges are pending in the investigation.
