CHEROKEE COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Cherokee deputies arrested two teens in connection to an armed robbery near the Bridgemill subdivision.

On Sunday, a parent called deputies after two 15-year-old boys came to her home and said her son and another teen robbed them at gunpoint.

Deputies determined that two 15-year-olds were playing basketball in the park when a 14-year-old talked them into walking into the woods near the courts.

Once in the woods, another armed teen pulled out a gun and demanded items. The 14-year-old helped the masked suspect take items from the victims, according to reports.

Investigators were able to determine the masked suspect was 18-year-old Caden Adams.

An arrest warrant for robbery was secured for the 14-year-old. The suspect was arrested Sunday and charged with robbery.
