'Uncorked & Unplugged' raises funds for Easter Seals

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The second annual "Uncorked & Unplugged" fundraiser to benefit Easter Seals Southern Georgia happens Saturday, at 6:00pm at the Veterans Park Amphitheater.

This year the event is sponsored by Watson Spence LLP, The Veranda, SB&T, and Bishop Clean Care.  Easter Seals also appreciates the support from the corporate tables participating: Albany Pallet Exchange, Flint Equipment, McCleskey Cotton Company, MillerCoors, LRA Constructors, and P&G.

The event features a gourmet picnic-style dinner catered by Leon Holloway out of Americus, and live music on the river by Dread Clampitt, and The Jodi Mann Band.

Many Albanians may recognize the tunes of Dread Clampitt if they have been lucky enough to see them play at The Red Bar in Florida. Organizers invites everyone to "Come get your rock on!"
