Officers were told that Dorothy Jones and her mother suffered stab wounds to the abdomen, when they were attacked suddenly by Jones' boyfriend, Rondelrick Demetrious Huckaby.

Jones told police she was in her bedroom when Huckaby jumped out of the closet, and attacked her without warning.

She said they begin fighting in the hall and made it into the kitchen, where her mother Felice Davis was.

Jones said Huckaby grabbed a knife and stabbed her once in the stomach, then attacked her mother, and stabbed her in the stomach as well.

Both mother and Daughter were transported to Phoebe Putney Hospital.

Jones is in good condition, and Davis was not in the hospital as of Friday morning.
