NEW HOPE, AL (WAFF) -

The New Hope High Cluster Community Engagement Meeting scheduled for Oct. 28 has been postponed.

After the Friday wreck that involved New Hope High students and resulted in the death of one of the teenagers, school officials, the community and Superintendent Dr. David Copeland decided to make the change in order to support the students and their families.

Information concerning the rescheduling of the meeting will be sent out when available.

Dr. Copeland and the Madison County School System staff are ready to assist in any way possible during this time of bereavement and healing.
