ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The Albany Police Department says that Rakeill Devonta Thomas and his twin brother Raquaill Donta Thomas are the ones who shot two other teens on the South side two nights ago.

They were picked up Thursday, and had their first appearance in court today.

Robert Dawson III and Donnell Taylor, both 18, told police they were walking south with Lawilliam Lawrence in the 1000 block of Harding, near Holloway Avenue around 12:40, when a gray Oldsmobile approached them.

Someone fired shots from inside the car, and Dawson and Taylor were struck as they all ran away.

APD says that Patricia Roberts, 59,  is listed as a victim in this case because a bullet came threw her bedroom window where she slept. Luckily, she was not injured.
