For the sixth straight year, some of the best disc golfers in the world will make their way to Albany.
The annual Josh Franklin Memorial Disc Golf tournament takes place this weekend at Chehaw's Josh Franklin Memorial Course.
Franklin was killed in a 2008 car crash.
This year's tournament will be the most packed ever. Tournament director Mike Griner says there's a waiting list for hopeful competitors.
It's also bringing a few of the best in the world.
The ninth ranked player in the world, John E. McCray, and tenth ranked Garrett Guthrie highlight the field with some Georgia and international favorites.
Play begins at 9 a.m. Saturday and will continue through Sunday.
The event is included in park admission.
