SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) -

Worth County High School officials are asking for your help to help them earn a $100,000 grant.

The high school is competing with high school across the country in a teen safe driving promotion initiated by State Farm.

Principal Dr. Russ Chesser says that they would like to add a school store if they were able to win the grant. Chesser says that even if they don't get the top vote their are still benefits to placing in the top 50.

"Our goal is to try to make it in the top 50 so we can at least get $25,000," Chesser said. "Right now, we are down to 66th place or I say down, we're moving up."
