ALPHARETTA, GA (CBS46) -

Alpharetta police are asking for your help in identifying a suspect they say is breaking into cars.

Authorities said the man was last seen wearing a dark blue long-sleeved shirt, black pants and a black hat.

Police said he was seen driving a mid-sized silver, 4-door Nissan Altima.

The suspect broke into a car in Alpharetta in September, and also attempted to use a number of stolen credit cards, according to the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety.

Authorities said he committed similar offenses in Cobb County and Johns Creek.
