ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Three people are facing charges after Albany Police say they were selling alcohol out of an East Albany home.

Matthew Baker and Barbara Greer are charged with operating a disorderly household, and a third person, Sherby Johnson, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer.

Police executed search warrants at the home after complaints were received about the residence.

According to a release, officers collected and photographed pieces of evidence related to the crime, then destroyed them.

Officials also say Police have been called to the surrounding area of the home for several assaults and robberies.

Baker and Greer have since made bond and are out of jail.
