Murder evidence lost when storage locker foreclosed

An Albany Police Department detective resigned in late August because of storing police property and even evidence from a murder case in a storage unit.

His storage unit was discovered when the detective did not pay for it for several months, and many of the items were thrown in the trash.  WALB News Ten's Jim Wallace joins us live at 6:00, with more on tonight's top story.
