ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Deerfield-Windsor 4th grade students took a field trip to Radium Spring's Butterfly Pollinator garden Wednesday.

They're studying animal adaptations, and the trip gave them an opportunity to learn about the migration of monarch butterflies outside the walls of the classroom.

Students also learned about a butterfly's life cycle and its ability to blend with its surroundings.
