TIFTON, GA (WALB) -

The red carpet will be rolled out for a special movie showing in Tifton.

Grandma's Blessings, a PG rated comedy was filmed in various areas around South Georgia and is coming to the Tift Theatre in downtown Tifton this Thursday.  The movie is about a man who takes a road trip to Texas after his grandmother dies and learns he inherits her old R-V and just about everything.  Several South Georgia natives also star in the film.

"Everyone around has been more than grateful and more than helpful," said Producer Roy Kirkland. "It's a great community thing and it's like the community is pulling together to help us make it a success."

Tickets for the one-time showing are 10 dollars.  Show time is at 7 p.m. Thursday and you can even meet the writer, directors and actors. For more information, click HERE:
