Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit recovers load of stolen items

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit has recovered more than a dozen items after searching a room at the Dollar Inn on North Slappey Boulevard.

Officials say the items fit the description of property that was reported stolen from recent local burglaries and thefts.

The items have been logged and stored as evidence at the Albany Law Enforcement Center at 201 Oglethorpe Blvd.

Albany Police is asking for help identifying the recovered property, listed below.

If you have any information, you are asked to call Albany Police at 431-3288. Anyone wanting to claim recovered property should have the serial numbers available.

3. 5 Collector Knife Sets
4. 1971 Eisenhower Silver Dollar
5. 4 20 inch rims with tires
6. 2-26inch Chrome Rims
7. Hp Printer (Black)
8. Black E-Machine Computer
9. X-Box 360 (Brand New in box)
10. Tattoo Kit in a Chrome Case
11. 50 inch Samsung Flat screen Television
12. 32 inch Apex Flat screen Television
13. 42 inch LCD Flat screen Television
