A judge in Alabama will decide Friday if an An Albany grocery store will shut it doors.
Piggly Wiggly in Albany was one of 43 Belle Foods locations that was up for acquisition after the Alabama-based company filed for bankruptcy last year.
The store has approximately 50 employees. Only 30 stores were acquired by Associated Wholesale Grocers.
Documents show the Albany store could be closed and liquidated.
