DCP issues lookout for stabbing suspect

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Dougherty County Police are asking the community's help to find an Hispanic man charged with stabbing another man in the chest.

Police are looking for 26 year old Ovidio Sontay, who has a Guatemala passport. Investigators say August 17, Sontay was arguing with 26 year old Marcos Vicente, then Hours later attacked Vicente at his Helen Street home.

"He came to the victim's home later that night. He slashed his tires to his vehicle and when he opened the door he stabbed him in the chest with a knife, " said DCP's Chad Kirkpatrick.

Vicente's wound was non life threatening, and he is recovering.
