ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Jury selection continued late Tuesday afternoon, as the murder trial of an Albany woman, charged with stabbing and killing her boyfriend, is scheduled to get underway Thursday.

Leslie Ballard, 36, is accused of stabbing Anthony Hartsfield on June 11, 2011 at their home on Cherry Avenue.

Investigators say she stabbed Hartsfield once with a stainless steel kitchen knife in front of four children.

Jury selection started Monday and continued today.  The trial is scheduled to begin with opening statements and testimony Thursday.
