ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The circus is in Albany this week and shows have begun.

The Cole Brothers Circus of the Stars set up their big top at the Albany fairgrounds.

Performances Monday are at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Families will have a chance to see everything from acrobatics to the finale where a man is fired out of a cannon. Also, there will be some furry friends including white tigers and elephants.

You can purchase tickets at the front when you arrive. Children two years and under are free.

There are two more performances Tuesday evening. One at 4:30 p.m. and another at 7:30 p.m.
