Police investigate indecent exposure at Valdosta Mall

VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

Valdosta police are searching for a man that they say exposed himself in the parking lot of the Valdosta Mall.

Officials say it happened between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Norman Drive side of the Valdosta Mall, near Old Navy and Petsmart.

Mall security said they received two separate complaints. Witnesses said a man exposed himself to them as they were getting into their cars to leave the parking lot.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, with a buzzed haircut, possibly blond, medium to muscular build, driving an older model Jeep Cherokee or Jeep Grand Cherokee with faded blue or gray paint.

The Valdosta Police Department is requesting anyone with further information or information that may lead to identifying the offender to call the Valdosta Police Department at 229-293-3145 or can remain anonymous at 229-293-3091.
