South Georgians enjoyed a
performance by the African Children's Choir Wednesday night at First United
Methodist Church in downtown Albany.
The children from Uganda are traveling
this country sharing stories about what life is like there through song and
spokesperson with the choir says they are glad they came to Albany and says the
people here have been very receptive.
"It is a better
opportunity because people are always excited to see us and its amazing seeing
different people the Americans are really welcoming people it's very exciting
to see them from place to place," said Joseph Mukasa, Spokesperson,
African Children's Choir.
The next stop for the African Children's Choir is Havana, Florida.
