Albany Police are looking for three men who robbed the Popeye's Fried Chicken on South Slappey Boulevard about 9:30 Monday night. One of them was armed with a shotgun.
They came through the back door, grabbed the cash drawer, then ran toward Cedar Avenue Apartments. Police found the empty cash drawer but haven't found any of the robbers.
They say all three were black men. The one with the shotgun is about 5'11" and 224 pounds with a dark complexion. He was wearing a blue shirt.
The second robber is 6'0", 180 pounds, and was wearing a white shirt possibly torn with holes.
