A Shell Mart, located at 5900 Veterans Parkway in Columbus, sold the winning ticket."I went in to buy a different ticket, and I changed my mind," Wright said in a release. "It is a new ticket, and I figured I'd try it out."All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia's HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia's Pre-K Program.
