ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

A 32 year old Albany woman was indicted Wednesday for the murder of a six month old she was baby sitting.

Demetria Porter was indicted for felony murder and two counts of child cruelty. She was arrested June 19th, for the death of a six month old boy she was babysitting at her Marie Avenue home.

An autopsy showed six month old Ja'Kobian Davis died from blunt force trauma to the head with a soft surface.

His father found the baby dead when he came to pick him up after an out of town trip.
