SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A woman accused of setting a fire at the Hidden Cedars condominium complex, killing two people, including a family member, was arraigned Friday.

Police say Kenya McGhee set fire to the condos in March 2012, killing her 61-year-old father, Robert, and 58-year-old Olandia Keith Dixon. By the time firefighters got the blaze under control, two people were dead, and several others were injured. More than 70 people lost their homes in the fire.

Investigators ruled the fire arson in April 2012.

U.S. Marshals arrested McGhee in Houston last month and had her extradited to Toledo to continue the case. McGhee has been charged with five counts total, including one count of aggravated murder and two counts of arson.

On Friday morning, McGhee's attorney requested bond, which was set at $2 million with no 10 percent. Her family is in the process of trying to hire a different attorney.

Although McGhee has had six priors for failure to appear, her arraignment has been continued to Thursday afternoon.
