A man accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of lawn equipment is still hiding out after running from deputies.

On August 7th Adrian Dumas came to the attention of Law officers in Worth County when they got a tip that two stolen riding mowers worth $12,000 were hidden in two sheds behind Dumas' Pebble Hill Circle home.

When deputies were searching his property he took off and hasn't been seen since.

Investigators say Dumas had switched serial numbers and other stickers on the John Deere tractor with another mower, trying to disguise them as not being stolen.

Now those tractors were swiped from a Dougherty County home and right now warrants have been issued against Dumas for theft by receiving.

Lawn theft equipment has been a big crime this summer and police want this guy off the street.

If you have any information on where he's hiding call Dougherty County Police at 229-430-6600 or the Worth County Sheriff's Office at 229-776-8122.

Tonight Adrian Dumas becomes one of WALBs Most Wanted.
