Three charged in Douglas murder

DOUGLAS, GA (WALB) -

Douglas police have charged three people in connection with the murder of Daquavious Reed in July.

Officers found Reed's body on July 11 after responding to a call that a person had been shot on Ward Street.

D'Andre Theophlouis Carter, 20, Claudin Pubien, 22, and Claron Ronkiethius Carter, 19, are charged with murder. Carter is also charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Officials say the case is still under investigation.

More charges are pending.
