ATKINSON COUNTY, GA (WALB) -

Two teenagers are in jail on Monday after jumping off a bridge into the Alapaha River in the same spot where two teens drowned over the weekend.

Atkinson County Sheriff David Moore says it's just too dangerous for people to be in the high water right now.

He charged 19 year olds Eddie Lott, Junior and Adam Trejo with reckless conduct after they were caught jumping off of the Highway 135 bridge around five o'clock.

On Saturday night a 18 year old Rasheed Young went under in the same spot. His friend 16 year old Rogelio Perez, tried to help but they both drowned.
