Many folks may soon notice cranes down by the river in downtown Albany.
Now that demolition of the old bridge is finished, crews have poured all of the casing for the piers on the east side of the river and now they're working on west side.
They've also removed the rock jetties they set up during demolition to make it easier to work in the river and the boundaries of the bridge.
