MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

An accused serial burglar is finally off the streets, But not before yet another smash and grab burglary and a robbery in Moultrie. Their suspected lookout actually tipped off police.

Last week we told you Moultrie Police were looking for 33-year old Luis Gonzalez for several business break-ins.

Investigators say around four o'clock Tuesday morning Gonzalez and Bobby Ellerson threw a block through the front door of Belk and stole clothes and perfume.

"That's actually a witness offender, that was one of the individual that helped these people with the crime," Moultrie Police Cpl. Raul Leal.

Gonzalez and Ellerson were picked up last night around six o'clock.

Luiz Gonzalez also robbed the Family Dollar on 1st Avenue Southeast on Monday.
