VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

A Lowndes County grand jury refused to indict David Harrelson after the district attorney presented the case in the death of Joshua Commander.

Commander died on January 4, in Hahira.

The grand jury no-billed the case, and Harrelson was released from jail. The warrant against Harrelson was dismissed Monday.

Harrelson's attorney, J. Michael Bass, said in a letter to WALB that Harrelson was defending himself and committed no crime.
