Burglary arrests made in Lee County

LEESBURG, GA (WALB) -

Two people have been arrested for recent burglaries in Lee County. 17 year old Sederian Raheem Spurling is facing multiple charges including burglary, possession a marijuana and possession of controlled substances as well as fire arm charges.

Charges:

  1. Possession Of Marijuana with intent to distribute
  2. Possession of a Schedule II Controlled substance
  3. Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled substance
  4. Possession of Firearm during the Commission of a Crime
  5. Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime
  6. Possession of a Revolver or Pistol by a Minor
  7. 3 counts of Burglary

 18 year old Diamond Jacqueline Pizarro is facing theft by deception charges.

Charges:

  1. Burglary (felony)
  2. Theft by Deception (misdemeanor)
