Applebee's mgr. is missing, along with $10K

THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

With information from the Thomasville Police Dept.-

A Thomasville Applebee's manager is missing and wanted by Thomasville Police for stealing from the Thomasville restaurant. Investigators say they think about $10,000 is missing.

David Douglas Payne was last seen on camera at Applebee's on July 14, 2013 just before midnight.  He has not returned home to Tallahassee since that date, and his spouse doesn't know of his whereabouts. 

Payne drives a red/maroon 2011 Ford Fusion.  It is believed that the vehicle still has a GA temporary tag # 10945086 since the vehicle is not registered with Florida, according to Florida DMV. 

The VIN of the car is:  3FAHP0HA3BR202139 .

Payne is  5'11" and weighs 200 Lbs. He is in GCIC as a missing and a wanted person.
