ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany man is arrested for knocking over several display shelves in a North Slappey Boulevard business, then waiting for police to show up to arrest him.

22-year old Jontavious Boone is charged with disorderly conduct.

Store managers say he was wearing hospital clothes when he walked into the Video Warehouse in the 2200 block of North Slappey about 3:40 Monday and turned over several racks of video displays.

The manager and customers left the store and called 9-1-1.

Store employees say Boone stood smiling while waiting on police.

He told officers he had just been released from the hospital for mental problems.
