After attorneys were able to suspend an execution order Monday over drug supply details, convicted murderer Warren Lee Hill's execution has been rescheduled for Friday, July 19.
The order comes again as earlier claims also put a temporary halt on the process over questions of whether Hill was mentally disabled.
The rescheduled execution will happen Friday at 7 p.m. inside the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison in Jackson.
While delayed, the execution order also still falls within the assigned dates of July 13-30 set by the Lee County Superior.
Hill will be the 31st inmate put to death by lethal injection. He was sentenced to die for the 1990 beating death of a fellow inmate at Lee State Prison.
