ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Have you noticed it's costing more to fill up your gas tank lately? In the middle of the summer travel season, the average price in Georgia has jumped more than 15-cents a gallon in a week.

According to AAA, Georgians are paying an average of 3.49 a gallon right now, but it's higher than that at many stations in Albany, and drivers aren't happy.

"I use to be able to fill my car up, can't do it no more, you know pitching off were and there, gas is going up I feel like it's going to keep going up to, it does cut down on traveling a bit," said Chevaski Roberts, car owner.

The average Georgia price is 23-cents higher than a year ago.You can find the cheapest gas in your area when you click on Georgia Gas Prices at walb.com.
