ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany man has been found guilty on all drug and gun charges at his trial in Dougherty Superior Court Tuesday afternoon.

The jury deliberated for an hour and a half before finding Kevin Harris, 33, guilty of cocaine trafficking, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and other gun, drug, and traffic charges.

Harris was arrested in December by Albany Dougherty Drug Unit officers.

They confiscated thousands of dollars worth of cocaine and marijuana and a 22-caliber pistol equipped with a 100 bullet magazine.

It was loaded with 91 rounds.

Investigators say Harris was throwing drugs out the windows of his car when they stopped him.

Harris was not sentenced immediately, but faces a minimum of 25 years in prison.
