AMERICUS, GA (WALB) -

A investigator with the state fire marshal's office will be in Sumter County looking into the cause of a fire that tore through a tractor dealership Thursday morning.

The Georgia Insurance Commissioner's Office says the loss at Aimtrac Tractor on US 19 South is estimated at three million dollars.

That includes five tractors that were destroyed in the blaze; each tractor is worth$200,000.

The cause of the fire has not been determined but anyone with any information is asked to call the Arson Control Hotline at 1-800-282-5804.

It took firefighters about two hours to get the blaze under control at Aimtrac Tractor Dealership on US 19 South.

The call came in around 12:30 AM and fire crews remained on the scene overnight.
