QUITMAN, GA (WALB) -

We learned Wednesday night that the sole survivor of Tuesday's crash that killed three Brooks County High School football players is home.

De'Vron Whitfield was released from Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida Wednesday afternoon and returned home. He was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition following the crash.

Members of the Trojan football team will be at the Harvey's Supermarket in Quitman Saturday from 10 to 2 collecting money to help the families of Whitfield's three teammates who died in the crash the victims.
