are searching for a thief who bailed out of his car to escape from his victim,
who was following him.
The suspect's Silver Toyota crashed into a tree in
the 1400 block of Mulberry Avenue about 11 a.m. when he jumped
out and ran from police.
Police say the theft victim, Michael Seymoure started following
the man in the Mulberry and Clark Avenue area while calling police.
The victim crashed his car into a tree on East Tift Avenue, and
had to be transported to the hospital for treatment.
Police are still
investigating, and have not released the name of the theft suspect.

Fire Fighters at Fire Station 2 reported that a man approached the fire station bleeding from a chest wound. They provided first aid and called for EMS.
