VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

With information from Lowndes Co. Sheriff Chris Prine-

Acting on tips from citizens, investigators from the Special Operations Division of the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 705 Azalea Circle, Valdosta last Thursday.

Investigators recovered a quantity of marijuana, items commonly used in the distribution of marijuana, such as scales and plastic baggies, and stolen street signs that were the property of the City of Valdosta.

Michael Lanning, who lives at the home, and Conor Harrison, who resides elsewhere, were arrested and transported to the Lowndes County Jail. They have both since been released on bond.

Michael Brian Lanning, 20 faces Charges of: Possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, Possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and Theft by receiving stolen property

Conor James Harrison, 20 of Thomasville, faces charges of: Theft by receiving stolen property.
