MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

It's now illegal to wear saggy pants in Moultrie.

This week the city council passed the ban we first told you about last week. The ordinance states that you cannot wear pants that hang lower than three inches off of your waist.

It also prohibits exposed skin or underwear.

There is a $25 fine for a first offense and possibly 40 hours of community service. Repeat offenders face fines of up to $200.
