    An Albany man arrived home to find his pool completely destroyed. He's not sure what happened, but the wall caved in and the concrete cracked. He says he's had the siding redone several times.More >>

The Albany Police Department wants you and your family to spend some quality time with some of Albany's finest.They're sponsoring A Day with a Cop this Saturday.     

It will include free food, games for kids, and entertainment.

Officers say it's a chance to build stronger relationships with the community and let people know what their jobs are like.   

"We're public servants part of being a public servant is to serve the community in which we work. We work here, live here, it's important to have that connection to the community," said Kawaski Barnes, Albany Police Department Investigator. 

Day with a Cop runs from 10 to 2 this Saturday at Tift Park.
