ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The YMCA will be hosting Challenger Sports' British Soccer Camps this summer. The June 17-21 camp will be held at the YMCA Sports Park, 4508 Gillionville Road in Albany.

During the week of July 22-26, British Soccer Camp will be held at the Lee Branch YMCA in Leesburg, 316 Robert B. Lee Drive. A variety of camps are available from short camps for 3-year-olds, to full day camps for teens.

Challenger's British Soccer Camp is the most popular soccer camp in the country. Hundreds of Challenger coaches each year have helped the company develop one of the most innovative approaches to coaching youth soccer in the US.

Challenger's experienced staff has identified the key techniques and skills that players need to work on and master to reach their true potential. Challenger Sports recruits the most talented and enthusiastic coaches from the UK who strive to be not only the best coaches, but also the best role models for children.

For more information on camps, call the Albany Area YMCA at 436-0531, the Lee Branch YMCA at 759-9770, or visit the Challenger Sports website, www.challengersports.com.
